Hycom.Digital needed to expand their IT and Sales business units in Poland and Germany, against increased competition from US based organisations who were launching in the CEE regions.

Alexander Mann Solutions recruitment teams required support, significantly with technology recruitment for a number of their end clients throughout the UK, Poland and Spain.
YourCode’s Solution
YourCode’s solution was to talent map and volume headhunt to approach developers, designers and architects and sell the opportunities available with their end clients. We worked closely with HR and TA to build a talent map of the whole market, giving the whole team the insight required to build successful future recruitment campaigns.

The YourCode service expanded into new markets, aligned alongside Alexander Mann Solutions, namely Gibraltar, USA and Ireland.
